Our Acro Program
This summer acro program is designed to help participants gain and maintain new tricks while simultaneously building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Through a progressive approach, dancers learn skills in a safe, supportive environment that emphasizes proper technique, body awareness, and muscle memory. The program balances trick acquisition with practice of previously learned skills, ensuring retention and consistency. By combining strength and conditioning exercises with acro-specific drills, participants develop the physical power and control needed to execute challenging tricks properly. Alongside physical growth, the program fosters mental confidence, encouraging dancers to trust their abilities, take risks, and perform with poise and self-assurance.
Each day will offer two classes:
Ages 9 and Under - 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Ages 10 and Up - 6:00pm - 7:00pm
