mentor application

An Elite Mentor Program interview will be conducted once the applications have been returned to the studio. Dancers must return their
applications to the studio by July 25th. Mentors will receive an account credit for their participation in the program.

Please read this carefully before applying:

• I understand I may be asked to come on days I don’t typically dance.

• I understand that I am responsible for working as a team with the other Elite Mentors to: assist with Open House(s) and other EDC events, Team and Company Meetings, choreography and organization of volunteer community service projects, Picture Day(s), assisting in classes and workshops and improve the overall spirit of the EDC competition program. 

• I agree to be a role model and support the dancer(s) I am responsible for mentoring. 

• I understand that I am responsible for helping teachers with running classes and anything else the teacher needs, including giving extra help to younger dancers who are struggling.  

• I understand that I am held to a higher standard regarding attendance, behavior, preparedness and teamwork at the studio at all times. 

• I will be held to the highest standard possible with all of my social media accounts. 

• I commit to assist in the class(es) that I am assigned to this season.

• I understand I am responsible for helping to teach the finale at the end of the season.
