Program Patrons are available to order using the form below. Patrons submissions must be completed by Monday, April 3, 2023. Patrons may only include ONE photo, unless you design your ad yourself and submit a high resolution JPG or PDF file for the entire ad. Seniors may submit up to three photos and have their ad designed by EDC.

All text will be copied exactly how it appears in the form. Please make sure you proofread your text prior to submitting.

PATRON AD SIZES

If you are designing your own ad, please create your patron ad at the exact size you specify in your order form. Your patron ad will be placed in the program at the size you design the ad, regardless of the size you order.

Graduating Seniors are asked to submit two photos and a quote for the program: one current photograph and one photograph from their early years at EDC. Please EMAIL your Senior submission in one email to info@elitedancewny.com with the subject "Senior Submission" by April 19, 2023.
