Program patrons

​Program patrons are available to order using this form.​ Patron submissions must be completed by Tuesday April 1, 2026. 

Patrons may only include ONE photo (unless you design your ad for yourself and submit a high-resolution JPG or PDF file for the entire ad). Seniors may submit up to three photos and still have their ad designed by EDC.

All text will be copied exactly how it appears in the form. Please make sure you proofread your text prior to submitting.

PATRON AD SIZES

If you are designing your own ad, please create your patron ad at the exact size you specify in your order form. Your patron ad will be placed in the program at the size you design the ad, regardless of the size you order.

• 2-Page Spread 5.25" x 9.75" (two full page ads placed side by side)

• Full Page 5.25" x 9.75"

• Half Page 5.25" x 4.75"

• Third Page 5.25" x 3.25"

• Signature - TEXT ONLY (280 characters)

**Photo and/or designed patron ads MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER (when the form is submitted) to guarantee placement.
