Program Patrons are available to order using the form below. Patrons submissions must be completed by Monday, May 3, 2021.

Graduating Seniors are asked to submit two photos and a quote for the program: one current photograph and one photograph from their first year at EDC. Please EMAIL your Senior submission in one email to info@elitedancewny.com with the subject "Senior Submission."
